专利说明:

The invention relates to a control of Skibremsen for so-called lightweight touring ski bindings, which are also referred to as pin bindings. In the case of such pin bindings, pin-shaped ski binding parts, such as pliers, engage directly in adaptations provided on the ski boot tip, so that it is possible to dispense with weight-relevant parts such as frame, linkage or plate and also the locking mechanism required for this purpose.
[02] These weight advantages are offset by the disadvantage that ski brakes for pin bindings can not be automatically held in a brake or down position by the presence or absence of the ski boot, as is the case with classic alpine ski bindings. That is, the holding or triggering mechanism is to be operated manually. The ski mountaineer must block the release mechanism, which is usually integrated into the ski binding foot part, when ascending, otherwise the ski brake would unintentionally trigger at each step. Before the downhill ski mountaineers have to remember to unlock the lock manually, because the triggering function is blocked. If he forgets that, and if he falls, the ski boots will be separated from the ski, he risks the loss of his ski and, in some circumstances, serious injury to bystanders, as the ski can travel downhill in an uncontrolled manner due to the blocked release mechanism of the brake.
[03] The invention is based on the object to further develop such ski brakes and to ensure an automatic function.
[04] This object is achieved by interrogating the information: "ski boot absent in binding" on the toe, as this is the binding assembly that is always connected to the toe in this type of binding, both in ascent - as well as in downhill position.
[05] The result is that the information: shoe on or off, can come from a control component of the toe, which changes its position by the presence or absence of the shoe so that therefrom a control signal for the ski brake locking mechanism can be derived.
[06] It is advantageous if a control component 7, which is positioned depending on the presence or absence of a ski boot 15, is connected in the front jaw 2 via a transmission element 4, 8 to a locking mechanism 6 of a ski brake 5.
[07] It is advantageous if the transmission element 4, 8 is formed by an operating part 8 of the front jaw, which is also provided for switching the open (C) - and closed position (D) of the front jaw 2.
[08] It is advantageous if the transmission element 4, 8 is connected to a component 16 of the front jaw, which is provided for switching release parts of the front jaw 2.
[09] It is advantageous if the transmission element 4 is designed as a push or pull rod.
[10] It is advantageous if the transmission element 4 is telescopically adjustable lengths.
[11] It is advantageous if the transmission element 4 works like a Bowden cable.
It is advantageous if the transmission of the control pulse is carried out by an electronic signal that is transmitted by cable or wirelessly.
[13] It is advantageous if the locking mechanism 6 of the ski brake 5, 5 'is an electromechanical component, such as a servomotor, to which the control pulse is transmitted by an electronic signal.
Two advantageous embodiments are shown in the drawing and will be described in more detail below. It shows:
1 shows a three-dimensional view of the ski binding 1 from the rear with the brake closed, schematically the binding in the locked downhill position,
2 shows a three-dimensional view of the ski binding 1 from the front with the brake closed, schematically the binding in the locked downhill position,
FIG. 3 shows a three-dimensional view of the ski binding 1 from the front with the brake open, schematically the brake in a deflected braking position,
FIG. 4 shows a three-dimensional view of the toe piece 2 with brake in a locked downhill position,
FIG. 5 shows a two-dimensional view of the front jaw 2 with brake in a locked downhill position,
FIG. 6 shows a three-dimensional view of the front jaw 2 with brake in a triggered braking position,
Figure 7 is a two-dimensional view of the front jaw 2 with brake in a triggered braking position
Figure 8 is a two-dimensional view of the ski binding 1 with ski boot 15 from the side with locked downhill position, schematically the binding in the ascent position and
9 shows a three-dimensional view of the ski binding 1 with ski boot 15 with the brake closed, schematically with the binding in the ascent position.
In order to make this possible, it is advantageous if this control member 7 of the toe jaw 2 is connected via a transmission element 4 with the locking mechanism 6 of the ski brake 5 and the ski brake 5, which can be preferably still manually locked, by a suitable location Change of the control component 7 in the toe 2 is triggered. The locking mechanism 6 of the ski brake is designed so that a mechanism holds the manually closed ski brake in a downhill position A, A 'until the shoe 15 from the toe 2, caused by a fall or manually removed. The change in position of the control member 7 in the toe 2 is transmitted as a signal to the transmission element 4, 8 and from there to the locking mechanism 6, whereby this opens and the ski brake 5, 5 'in a braking position (B, B') pivots.
[16] The ski brake 5 can furthermore be integrated in the usual way in the heel jaws 3 of the ski binding 1, while the transmission element 4 is designed as e.g. is designed as a push rod or Bowden cable between the toe 2 and heel cheeks 3.
[17] The ski brake may also be mounted freely on the ski, in front of, between, or behind the binding jaws, and connected to a transmission element suitable for this positioning.
In a particular variant of the transmission element, the transmission of the control pulse can be done by electronic or hydraulic means.
The ski brake can also be integrated in the front jaw 2, wherein it is advantageous if the transmission element is formed by a control unit 8 of the front jaw 2, which also for switching the open (C) and closed position (D) of
Front jaw 2 is provided. The position of the control member 7 is directly or indirectly determined by the position of the holding pins 9 bearing levers 11, 12. Likewise, the control pulse can be transmitted via indirectly coupled to a transmission element 16 elements.
